The need in this case was to protect the direct access of operators from an ATEX zone of storage of raw materials which to date was uncontrolled.

Acces to a critical zone with fine powders. Food

The customer required more contamination control and cleaning in an access to a critical storage and mixing area coming from a common high-transit corridor.

The customer needed protection from dry and even wet coarse dirt, mostly coming and conveyed by forklifts, carts and trolleys that also exit outside the production plant.

Access tunnel to manufacturing assembly lines

The need to prevent dust accumulation and contamintion into internal manifacturing areas coming from the dry, dirty and windy external environment, suggested the customer to set up a big grey zone

In this case, inside the painting section, a strong dust and dirty preventing action was needed to prevent the cross-contamination of very fine colour powders.
