The handling of raw materials and finished products between the various departments generated dirt that was transported to the different areas by both hand-operated and LGV-powered carts.

This case shows a demand of de contamination areas where both pedestrian and goods transit could be taken easily under control.

Access from an ATEX zone to production. Food

The need in this case was to protect the direct access of operators from an ATEX zone of storage of raw materials which to date was uncontrolled.

Acces to a critical zone with fine powders. Food

The customer required more contamination control and cleaning in an access to a critical storage and mixing area coming from a common high-transit corridor.

Access for forklifts with heavy dirt. Mineral water plant

In this case the customer needed an invisible barrier for coarse dirt, tendentially dry, but which could also absorb any liquid residues (typically water based).

Internal passages within departments. Confectionery

The customer needed protection from dry and even wet coarse dirt, mostly coming and conveyed by forklifts, carts and trolleys that also exit outside the production plant.
