With a constant and dedicate customer assistance (after sale) over the years, and customer asking us how to correct the situation, we were able to satisfy him the best way, the easiest way.
In the picture here enclosed it can be easily check and see how much dirtiness has been retained by the mat even with an incorrect scheduled cleaning action.
So, customer satisfaction was our first goal to reach.
Second goal, customer satisfaction and strengthening cooperation, was to lead the both of us to a higher level of successful and long-term relationship.
Customer was open in two ways: first, to accept our instructions and some specific remarks about cleaning guideline of the mat and, secondly, was open for a replacement of the mat in the future, understanding how useful has been the mat over the years, in the control of aerial contamination lead by wheels and shoes.
What we learned is that selling good products is not always the only result to battle for.
A deep understanding of what a good product involves and needs over the time, is more powerful than a good sale in itself.

The end of the story is that solving an apparently easy cleaning matter leaded us to a stronger relationship with our customer.
